1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services

Transform Now Watsu provides guided aquatic immersion and Watsu therapy sessions. These sessions take place at independent third-party locations (such as Ouray Hot Springs and Orvis Hot Springs). We are not responsible for the facility rules, closures, or conditions of these third-party locations.

3. Booking and Cancellations

We require advance booking for all sessions. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us directly to modify or cancel your booking.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are for relaxation and wellness purposes only. Watsu is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician before beginning any new wellness or bodywork program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Transform Now Watsu, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. SMS Communications

TransformNow Watsu may send SMS text messages to users who opt in through our website forms, booking forms, consultation forms, or intake forms. Messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, schedule updates, intake follow-ups, customer support, service-related communication, and, only if separately selected, marketing or promotional messages.

TransformNow Watsu does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
