The Experience

A 60-minute journey into weightlessness and profound peace. Here is what you can expect from your guided immersion.

    Session Steps

    0-10 min

    Arrival & Connection

We meet at the designated hot springs location. We'll take a few moments to connect, discuss your intentions, and settle into the natural surroundings.

    10-20 min

    Entering the Waters

Together we ease into the warm mineral pools. This is a time for your nervous system to begin its first layer of softening as you acclimate to the warmth.

    20-50 min

    The Guided Float

You are fully supported and cradled. I guide your body through fluid stretches, rhythmic rocking, and quiet stillness. There is no effort required from you.

    50-60 min

    Integration & Return

We slowly return to a vertical position. You'll have time to sit in the stillness of the water, integrating the experience before we conclude.

    Preparing for Your Immersion

    What to Wear

Please wear a comfortable swimsuit. At Ouray Hot Springs, clothing is mandatory. At Orvis Hot Springs, a swimsuit is required for your Watsu session.

    Physical Needs

Avoid eating a heavy meal 1-2 hours before your session. Hydrate well, as the mineral waters can be detoxifying.

"The water is a natural extension of your own body. You don't need to be a swimmer or do any work. Simply allow yourself to be held."
